Refund Policy
At Baeby, we take great care in creating products for delicate little skin. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind once an order has been dispatched.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you’ve received the incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve this quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, it will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or bank.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major fault, you may be entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with your consumer rights.
