FAQs
Got questions? We’ve rounded up everything you might want to know about Baeby — from product safety to shipping and beyond.
Baeby is proudly made in Australia. All of our products are formulated and manufactured locally to meet the highest safety and quality standards — because when it comes to caring for little ones, only the best will do.
Yes — all of our products are dermatologically tested and formulated and tested for delicate, sensitive skin. We avoid common irritants and use ingredients that nourish and support the skin barrier, making Baeby gentle enough for everyday use.
Baeby is designed for little ones of all ages — from day-one newborns to curious toddlers. Our formulas are created with minimal, purposeful ingredients to ensure they’re safe and effective at every stage.
Each Baeby product is safe to use for 6–12 months after opening, depending on the product. Look for the open jar symbol on the back of the packaging — it will show a number (like 6M or 12M) indicating how many months it's good for. For best results, store in a cool, dry place and always close the lid tightly after use.
Yes — we always recommend patch testing any new product, especially on sensitive or eczema-prone skin. Apply a small amount to a discreet area (like the inside of the arm) and monitor for 24 hours. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult your healthcare professional.
Store Baeby products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Keep lids tightly closed after each use to maintain freshness and protect the integrity of the formula. Like all skincare, they’re happiest when stored somewhere clean, calm, and out of reach of curious little hands!
Every little one’s skin is different, but many parents notice improvements — like reduced dryness or redness — within a few days of consistent use. For more sensitive skin concerns, it may take 1–2 weeks to see visible changes as the skin barrier begins to repair. Our formulas are designed to support and strengthen skin gently over time, without harsh ingredients or quick fixes.
Absolutely. While Baeby is made for babies and toddlers, our formulas are gentle and nourishing enough for parents too — especially during pregnancy or postpartum when skin may be more sensitive. As always, if you have specific concerns, we recommend checking in with your healthcare provider.
Our products are formulated to be gentle and supportive for sensitive and irritated skin, but we recommend avoiding use on open wounds or broken skin unless advised by a healthcare professional. For areas that are red, sore, or inflamed, start with a patch test first — and if you’re ever unsure, it’s always best to check with your GP or pediatrician.
We currently ship Australia-wide, with plans to expand soon! Stay tuned and sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when Baeby launches in your region.
