Baeby Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your Baeby products as much as we do! Because our products are for personal use, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind.
1. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos.
- We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement, credit, or refund.
2. Change of Mind
- Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for change of mind once your order has been dispatched.
3. Refund Processing
- Refunds will be issued via your original payment method.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
