International shipping isn’t available just yet — but we’re working on it!

We aim to process your order within 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday.

Orders placed after 12pm AEST or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.


Please allow extra time during peak periods (public holidays, sales events, Christmas & New Year).

Once your order has been packed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow it to your doorstep.

All orders ship from Sydney, NSW.

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Metro areas: 1–3 business days
  • Regional or remote areas: 3–5+ business days (Delivery time begins once your order is dispatched.)

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services, customs, or events beyond our control. Rural or remote areas may experience longer delivery times.

We’ll do our best! If you need your order by a certain date, email hello@baeby.com.au with "Requested Delivery Date" in the subject. While we’ll always try to help, we unfortunately can’t guarantee delivery dates or refunds for orders that arrive late.

We want you to love Baeby as much as we do. If something’s not quite right, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Due to the nature of personal care products, we’re only able to accept returns on unopened items. Reach out to our team and we’ll do our best to help.

  • Please double check your delivery address — we’re unable to redirect orders once they’ve been placed.
  • Shipping to a work address? Make sure to include your company name to help couriers find you faster.

If you tick “leave in a safe place” at checkout, your parcel will be left somewhere secure if available. If not, it’ll be redirected to your local post office for collection.
