Safety always comes first
We recommend a patch test before first use: apply a small amount behind the ear or inside the elbow and check over 24 hours.
Especially important for sensitive or allergy-prone skin.
STEP 1: SQUEAKY CLEAN WASH
Gentle cleanse from top to tiny toes
A daily body and hair wash with a postbiotic to support the skin microbiome while it cleanses. Available in Fragrance Free or Watermelon (contains fragrance).
Use in bath or shower.
STEP 2: SAVIOUR SERUM
Only when you need it
Your first responder for cradle cap, nappy rash and other rashes or flare-ups. A lightweight gel-serum with zinc oxide, Centella and Licorice Root.

Yes. Shield Balm is suitable from birth. Patch test first, and consult your GP if irritation occurs or you have any concerns about your newborn's skin.
Yes. Shield Balm is formulated for dry, flaky, eczema-prone and sensitive skin. It's fragrance free and steroid-free. It isn't a substitute for medical advice, so if eczema is moderate to severe, speak to your GP or pharmacist.
Shield Balm doesn't contain almond, macadamia, walnut, hazelnut, peanut or other traditional nut oils. It does contain shea butter (derived from the shea nut) and coconut oil. If your baby has a known tree nut allergy, consult your GP before use.
